Hello and welcome!
My name’s Alastair Bourne, or Ali as most people know me by! I am the owner and heartbeat behind the business; Bourne Bespoke!
It had always been a dream to run my own business from an early age but this didn’t come to fruition until the end of 2018.
I was brought up on a family farm and I had a huge draw to machinery and that was in fact where my career path began. Having studied Agricultural Engineering with Marketing Management at Harper Adams University, once I graduated, I went to work for JCB and over a number of years, worked in various roles within the Agricultural Marketing department.
The passion I developed for working with machinery and the love of working with farmers and land owners on the land just grew stronger and I made the decision to setup Bourne Bespoke!
What we do, especially the specialist vegetation clearance work is incredibly bespoke. It’s certainly not for the faint hearted but with our professional approach, high attention to detail and our priceless experience, we really can achieve amazing results with land that has more often than not been dismissed due to a lack of access, out of control overgrowth and lack of management.
Since starting the business, I have developed the range of bespoke services we offer to cater for our customers’ needs further and have invested in the best machinery I can to ensure the highest level of quality, workmanship and productivity.
My dream is to grow this business, conscientiously returning land back to a useable space for nature and the next generation as well as making it more productive. The world, climate and agricultural landscape is changing around us at an alarming pace. We need to do our bit to maintain it and in some cases, get it back on track. I believe that Bourne Bespoke can help with the building blocks to doing just that!

Based in the Midlands, we offer a bespoke range of services including specialist vegetation clearance, woodland and estate maintenance, paddock maintenance and agricultural contracting.
We always aim to go the extra mile for our clients, regularly exceeding their expectations by carrying out our work professionally and efficiently.
The way we treat your land is no different to if it was our own. We want you to see the improvements we can make, be it to your grassland through our paddock maintenance service offering, or opening up ground that’s been left to get out of hand through our vegetation clearance service.
